About us

We met while training at the same college – Jules studying nutritional therapy and Noel herbalism—and our shared passion for natural health quickly sparked both a relationship and a powerful partnership.

Both having overcome personal health challenges through herbal medicine, nutrition, and lifestyle changes, we launched our individual practices: Red Berry Nutrition and Nature’s Finest Herbal Remedies. Our complementary skills and collaborative success inspired us to create Wellth & Wild—a space where holistic wellness truly comes to life, making natural health solutions more accessible than ever.

Together, we bring years of experience helping clients navigate common health concerns through a whole-body approach that embraces food as medicine and lifestyle as healing.

Jules

Registered Nutritional Therapist – DipCNM, mBANT, rCNHC

After years of struggling with trauma, depression, headaches, stress, mood swings, fatigue, hormonal imbalances, food intolerances and gut issues, my healing journey has been a profound path of self-discovery, learning how to support my well-being.

As a Registered Nutritional Therapist I support clients dealing with various common health concerns. Nutritional Therapy takes a whole body holistic approach to health and wellness, focusing not only on food but embracing lifestyle changes as a form of complementary medicine.

Noel

Herbalist and Naturopath – DipCNM, mANP, mGNC

After training with CNM, I began providing herbal treatments for family members who were having no luck with their prescription drugs given to them by their GP’s. Some of these medications were actually making their conditions worse.

This quickly developed into an opportunity to offer herbal medicine as an option for anyone who was sick of being sick or just wanting to try a different route with their treatment.

Once I understood that this approach was a better and safer option (fewer side effects and greater bio-availability), then using herbal medicine became my passion and drive to go on to learn more.
