Returns
To qualify for a refund or exchange, items must be returned unused, in the same condition, and in their original packaging as when you received them.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will refund the purchase price including original postage, or send you an exchange if you prefer. Please note that you are responsible for the cost of returning the item to us.
Faulty or Damaged Products
All Wellth & Wild products are carefully inspected before dispatch. If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please notify us at hello@wellthandwild.co.uk within 30 days. We will offer you a full refund or replacement for any verified faulty or damaged goods.
Refund Conditions
Refunds or exchanges will not be issued if:
- You have not contacted us within 30 days of receiving the item.
- Upon return, the product is not in its original condition or shows signs of use or damage after receipt. In such cases, partial refunds may be considered at our discretion.
Refund Process
After we receive and inspect your return, we will email you a confirmation. If everything is in order, your refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within 48 hours (weekends and public holidays may cause slight delays). Please note refunds are only made to the original payment source.
Late or Missing Refunds
