Foundation Package
A one‑off health assessment with a personalised nutrition and lifestyle plan, meal guidance, and test recommendations.

Wellness Package (3 Months)
A tailored nutrition plan with recipes, three coaching sessions, and email support, including test guidance and results interpretation.

Ultimate Health (6 Months)
Comprehensive support with a full nutrition plan, six coaching sessions, ongoing guidance, and in‑depth testing with results included.
