Suggested Use:

Take up to 3 times a day. As needed, or as directed by your healthcare professional.

Add up to 5ml (1tsp) to a little water and drink.

Add up to 5ml (1teaspoon) to a little water and drink at night before bed and again in the morning before eating.

Place 6-10 drops directly on the tongue. Leave to dissolve.
