A traditional botanical blend, carefully prepared blend of powdered marshmallow, slippery elm, meadowsweet and liquorice, bringing together four traditionally used botanicals in a convenient powdered preparation.

Ingredients: Organically grown Botanical Herbal Blend Powder

Marshmallow root (Althaea officinalis) 40%, Slippery Elm bark (Ulmus rubra) 35%, Meadowsweet herb (Filipendula ulmaria) 20%, Liquorice root (Glycyrrhiza glabra) 5%.

Suggested use: Take up to 1 level teaspoon once daily at night, before bed. Mix into a liquid of your choice and consume immediately.
